ABOUT US:

We are a small, family-run business, and thrive on creating long-lasting relationships with our beloved customers. We appreciate your communication and welcome your feedback, whether it's a compliment or criticism. 

ORDERING + SAFETY:

Orders may take 3-7 days to process before shipping. We'll let you know as soon as your product ships from our studio. We are taking extra precautions during the COVID-19 pandemic. We are wearing masks and gloves, while handling your items; quarantining any recycled packaging material for at least 72 hours before using; wearing masks & gloves when dropping off your package for shipping. If you have any questions, please let us know. 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

Our main goal is for you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you're not, please email us at hello@goldandrustfinds.com, to request an exchange or store credit. All merchandise must be returned unused/unopened and in original packaging. We have the right to deny any store credit returns/exchanges if it does not meet our policy requirements. We are not responsible for missing packages, so we recommend you use a traceable return method.

For new/contemporary products, exchanges must be requested within 14 days of shipping date. 

At this time, we do not offer refunds. 

FINAL SALE:

All of our vintage is sold as final sale. All "sale" and "as is" items are also final sale and are not valid for exchange and are not retroactive for exchange.

SHIPPING:

We use USPS for 99% of our shipping. We may utilize UPS or other private carriers for bulky items. The majority of our shipments are sent in clean, recycled materials or boxes, so you may see another company's logo, as we do our best to reduce waste as much as possible.  This means we will also be phasing out our plastic tape before the end of 2020.

PRIVACY POLICY:

We know that you care how information about you is used and shared, as do we. We take great care with protecting your information. The personal information you provide when registering for an account, updating or placing an order will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, leased or otherwise disclosed unless required by law.
